Our Story

Founded in 2020 by Shawn and Sarah Riebold, Black Door Renovations was built on craftsmanship, service, and hard work. Drawing from their family roots in construction and early careers in hospitality, they combined a deep respect for the trades with a genuine passion for serving others.

From the beginning, Shawn and Sarah worked hands-on in the field while managing the daily operations of the business. Shawn brings 16 years of experience in the trades, while Sarah joined Black Door Renovations full-time in 2022 to strengthen the company’s structure, organization, and growth.

Together, they continue to lead Black Door Renovations with a commitment to quality, integrity, and making a positive impact in the community
